Rude sarcastic older blonde waitress, completely ruined the atmosphere at our table with her inappropriate comments. A shame as the other members of the team were friendly and a credit to the pub

Ate there twice, Saturday lunch and Thursday evening. Both times had lovely food with attentive service. Made very welcome despite odd drink request which was dealt with humorously. Wish I lived nearer.

Love The Bell, especially for their roasts. Their roast strip loin of beef is always so tender, as is their pork which is served with perfect crackling. Great service from very friendly owner and all staff in a pub with lots of character. Even better, it’s open all day on Sundays.
