The Bruce - Stratford

The Bruce Hotel is amazing! Not only is the room stunning, spacious and comfortable, the staff are kind, very accommodating and very much focused on making each and every guest feel so special and appreciated. The food was delicious and they even serve you coffee directly to your room in the morning at your preferred time. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. My only regret is that I didn’t book a longer stay but there will be a next time!

We had an amazing dining experience at The Bruce, enjoying a stunning, creative, and beautifully presented meal. The dining room had a bright and elegant atmosphere, and our server, Sophie, was professional, attentive, and friendly. Thank you to all the staff and management for a fantastic evening!

We have visited this restaurant several times over the years and have had a wonderful experience each time. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds are stunning and meticulously maintained, and it provides a lovely sense of peace and tranquility right on the outskirts of downtown. We especially enjoy the whimsical illuminated balls that appear on the lawn during some evenings.

Went for a girls weekend to see a couple plays in Stratford and had the pleasure of staying at The Bruce Hotel. From the minute we arrived we experienced nothing but luxury, friendly, cheerful, staff, beautiful hotel rooms and delicious food. The attention to detail was phenomenal. Turn down service was lovely with everything we would expect and more. We had a cookie for each of us. The slippers awaited us at each of our beds. We even received bookmarks for the books we were reading. And I can’t forget the cookie hotline. Pick up the phone to request cookies and you’ll have a cookies in a few minutes. Totally awesome!!! I cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough. I wish I could give it more than five stars, and we will certainly return back to this luxury hotel.

This stunning hotel exceeded any expectations on every front. It feels beyond 5-star with amenities and service. A small walk (5 minutes) to the Festival Theatre in Stratford, the grounds are stunning, it’s a theatre and book lovers dream, and the 25-hour cookie line is a spectacular surprise … incredible cookies on demand. The restaurant dinner (halibut) was sumptuous and the included breakfast was incredible. The best gluten free bread! We cannot express the top-notch service that for a one-night stay for the theatre feels like a week luxury retreat on the soul. Thank you to ALL the staff … they made a stunning location into a Mind-blowing experience! No exaggeration!Rooms: Luxury huge rooms with the best amenities. Literally no criticisms at all! Best sleep!Nearby activities: Very close to downtown.Safety: Very very safe!!!
