The Bruce - Stratford

I can honestly say that was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Beautiful surroundings, attentive staff and special thanks to Jonathan who shared his knowledge of the menu. A truly wonderful experience. The beet salad was exquisite and the Iron Age pork was delicious. We even managed to share the honey semifreddo which was very cleverly designed . Planning my next visit already!

We had a splendid day at The Bruce Hotel for Mothers Day Brunch. It started with a warm greeting at the front entrance by a young gentleman manning the doors. Very welcoming. We were seated promptly for we did make a reservation well in advance which I would advise. We had nice white linens and an eloquently decorated table for four. Our service was ideal for buffet-style. We didn't want for anything or had to wait for beverage service. The buffet was as I would describe as a classy-buffet experience. There was the traditional breakfast combined with seafood and prime rib with multiple sides of salads, options of cheese and bakery bread items. This was Corroborated with chef ready to make egg options. We did not experience lineups at any of the buffet tables and we attended at prime time. We would absolutely attend for a buffet again. We have attended for other specials occasions in their dining room and also enjoyed that experience.

Quite honestly the nicest place we have stayed at in Ontario! It was the little things that really made the difference! Like a salt soak in the gorgeous bath, turn-down service, refer to you by name, breakfast cake upon check-out...they are small touches that really impress! The rooms are dead-quiet and well appointed, the restaurant food service were beyond our expectations and the pool spa area were relaxing and lovely. Well done!

We spent our Anniversary here and I can’t say enough about the high quality accommodations, staff and meals. It is a wonderful place to celebrate any special occasions or just for a unbelievable experience. Thank you to everyone at The Bruce Hotel for making our Anniversary so so special.

We had a table of 8 for Christmas Eve dinner...first of all...the table is generous in size and set with very nice linens and exquisite glassware....the wine list is extensive...the dinner was delicious...some of us had the traditional turkey...it was enough turkey that some had extra to take home!!! The desert was tasty...I had the pumpkin..we had four at our table who were first time guests, and we have asked them how they enjoyed it...all were very very pleased with the meal, the price, the service and the atmosphere.....thank you for a lovely Christmas Eve...
