Chipotle Mexican Grill - Strongsville

The first time I tried the Pollenasado today after being sold to other previous Chipotles. I was happy with my order and it was well done.

Love Chipotle. I recommend the 3 soft tacos! If you haven't tried them, they are a must!

Honestly I had given up on chipotle. As an ex employee I know how the food should taste and the consistency it should hold. I have been to several and all one by one sta they started letting me down. I won't name anyone but it was about 95% of them. But there are 2 that will always stay near and dear to my heart. Chipotle medina ohio (north court) and this one. Both started doing online orders and I didn't know till I walked up to the door. So I was faced with options I didn't like. All were awful. Rice crusty, dry. If you know chipotle you know that can't happen. It ruins the meal. Also the guacamole either was rotten or had parts of the avocado not fully smashed with no taste to compensate. The tomatoes in most of the salsas tasted fowl. I'm writing this review because yet again I decided let me try what I know and love. Strongsville mall chipotle. And honestly I'm soooo happy I did. Not only was the service amazing (thank you Weiss and the rest of the front line) the food was fantastic. I can't remember the last time I didn't throw away half or more of my bowl. This time it was gone within minutes. Rice fluffy plump and full of flavor. Guacamole could use some more smashing but the taste was phenomenal so it makes up for it. And finally the chips were bursting with flavor. I tasted the lime juice perfectly portioned. Thank you grill prep and everyone else for this lovely and inviting meal!

Today, I visited the Chipotle located at the Southpark Mall. I work at the Cleveland Clinic across the street. The employee who took my order didn't know me but noticed that something was bothering me and asked if I had a tough day. I was taken aback by her kindness, especially since I had just received some upsetting news about a loved one. When I went to pay at the cashier, they informed me that my meal was already taken care of. I was shocked and grateful for their generosity. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it had a big impact on my day. This experience reminded me of the importance of simple acts of kindness. The staff at this Chipotle location truly deserve recognition for their generosity.
