I arrived at the restaurant at 7:12 PM and was disappointed to discover that they would only make iced coffee, not hot coffee. I wanted to order four cups, and with them closing at 8 PM, I expected to be accommodated. When I mentioned that I might leave a negative review, the staff member replied that she didn't care.

During the morning rush, this Dunkin' Donuts is top-notch. The staff is efficient and prepares excellent coffee. Although the line may appear long, I assure you, from my experience of visiting multiple times, the wait isn’t long at all.

I love this Dunkin? and I go there almost every morning on my way to work, I love all the staff they know me by name and are always happy to help with a positive attitude except for a recent hire who I will not name but she seems disgruntled every time I come and just works as if she rather not be there.. has really brought the moral down and I try to avoid coming on her days. It?s a shame

The workers were very rude. They messed up my order and when I said you had a nice day, they only said they were shy. never back to this dunkin.
