Pizza Hut - Sturgis

I've never had any issues with this pizza place, and I order from them quite often. The delivery does take a long time, but they always inform you about the wait, and they usually arrive earlier than expected. I've never received a cold pizza. People often only leave reviews if they've had a terrible or exceptional experience, but my experience has been positive. The food is good, and the staff is decent. My only complaint is that their menu claims the pasta is enough for two, but I feel it’s just slightly more than a single serving. However, that's not really an issue with this franchise; it's just how business works.

I wish I had checked reviews on other sites before placing my order. I was informed that my order would take an hour and a half on Tuesday night. After waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes, I called to check on my order and was told it had just left and should arrive shortly. No one seemed particularly concerned about the delay. After a total wait of 1 hour and 55 minutes, my food finally arrived—naturally, it was cold.

The food was excellent, and the server was not only friendly but also incredibly kind. However, it is clear that the restaurant is definitely understaffed!
