The drunk squid is slightly sour and spicy, making it a very good starter. The Chrysanthemum tea is refillable. 2 pax meal costs around RM150.
Food was Okay. Nice.. But kangkung belacan was not enough taste, less belacan, more stem and is less leaf. Chicken not so special is Dry. Their Chili Sauce was appetizing, like Chicken Rice chilli sauce.
Dine on sat lunch was semi packed but service was amazing. Food came within 10 mins of order. The pork knuckles was out of stock so abit disappointed. Ordered sweet sour pork and nothing special about it except lychee. Ordered speciality soup noodle and that was delicious and oyster egg which was full of oysters. Funny thing their cleanliness rated B by municipal council for a 1 star michelin.
Sweet and sour pork with lychees is average disappointed that there is less than one full lychee in the whole dish. Spinach in supreme stock is decent. 100 second stewed yellow croaker is average. Stir fried chilli clams is good. The chilli dip is great. Service is acceptable. Place is clean and not too noisy.
Claypot Fish Soup taste good. Deep fried yam cubes too hard. Sweet sour pork just so so, normal dai chao also taste better then Putien. Service was good. Michelin 1 ? Probably imported the brand and Michelin but not the quality.
