The owner was incredibly kind and took the time to answer all of our numerous questions. We are definitely looking forward to returning soon to sample the lovely teas.
The young man at the counter was quite rude, and the music playing was really aggressive. My coworker and I decided to try this place based on a recommendation, but we were left feeling unimpressed and let down.
I was quite disappointed with the recent staff changes at this location. I went out of my way to visit, eager to try a new tea from the August menu that looked stunning in the pictures. Unfortunately, I was served a cup of tea that was gray in color because of a malfunctioning cup, and it had to be transferred to another cup. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for. Additionally, I wasn't offered the chance to provide my information to be added to their system as a returning customer, which was a missed opportunity for better service.
Amazing shakes, bigger than most nutrition spots, and great customer service and atmosphere!
Tried contacting a few times about my last order and no response!! Even left a comment on their Facebook post to contact me (you cannot message them it's removed). It's a bit if a drive for me and with my work schedule hard to make it before they close but I was sold peanut butter cups that had mold inside! I should of known when it was the last one on the shelf and there was a note to ask for fresh ones! I paid $28 for the bag and a shake! Not ok! Giving them a 3 star review because I liked there shakes and only a very few times did the bites taste old. First time and last time for mold.
