Pizza Hut - Suffolk

My pizza and pasta came with hair in it and the pasta was over cooked

Never again the first time I thought maybe they was just having a bad day, the second time confirmed the pizza is garbage.

Pizza was fine, that's why I gave a 3 star! I ordered garlic and parmesan wings, The wings I received had a very spicy sauce on (I don't even like pepper) so these wings were inedible for me unfortunately it was a waste of money as I threw them out as its not worst my time, effort, and gas in my car to return the wings for the ones that I ordered! I won't be ordering here again.

Pleasant workers, however, pizza has gone downhill. I order with hopes that it would get better. Today’s order was no different. My pizza was dry and cooked hard. No sauce, feel like I’m eating toppings on top of hard bread.

Food is OK some of the time. They deliver which is why we use Pizza Hut. The order prior to this I received unsatisfactory food, took pictures and submitted the feedback. No response at all. Not looking for free food but if the company asks for feedback, you would think you would have some sort of a response. Even if they were to say buy somewhere else . Guess business is good.
