Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI left my wedding ring set and frint desk was able to have houskeeping find it. With me emailing a shipping lable they was able to mail my wedding ring set to me. Very honest staff and great hotelRooms: Very large rooms and very clean.Food drinks: The bar tender was amazing an so where the cocktails. He had great sense of humar. Made you feel like you were at home.
Rooms use a very soft light that makes them look and feel more dated than they actually are, but they are in great condition, very clean, and very comfortable. I enjoy a made to order omelette each day for breakfast, and with easy highway access it's about as convenient for driving as the area gets. The lobby area is large with a good bit of seating making a great area to meet up with colleagues before heading out to work, dinner, etc.
A/C did not work. When they came in to service it the filter was also so dirty even the maintenance person was shocked. The bed had large dipping. The room showed wear. There was an area where they patched up a spot on the wall but never painted it. When I expressed how miserable the hot night was with no A/C they were nonchalant about it. Only willing to discount the $300 room by $20. Aside from the front desk, service staff was friendly.
The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, and the breakfast offerings were quite delightful. However, when compared to other Embassy Suites locations (such as the one in Arcadia), the level of service left something to be desired. It was disappointing to find that the hotel charged a $27 parking fee, and even basic amenities like water and coffee in the lobby came with an additional cost. To add to the inconveniences, the ice machine on the second floor was out of order.Speaking of breakfast, while it was a pleasant experience, it was somewhat hindered by the fact that the hotel staff were responsible for serving the food. This resulted in a bottleneck-like situation that slowed down the overall flow. It would have been more efficient and convenient if guests could serve themselves from a wider selection of food options. Additionally, the absence of more advanced toasters, like conveyor belt ones, meant that the toasting process was slower than it needed to be.Lastly, the staff's task of cleaning tables after each customer could have been streamlined by implementing a self-dumping station. This would have made the process more efficient, quicker, and cost-effective.
I’ve really enjoyed my stay here at the Embassy this week.I read a lot of the reviews before picking this location and yes some things may be a little dated, but overall the hotel is very well maintained. My 2 room suite on the 4th floor was very clean at check-in, i had no noise issues from other rooms, breakfast downstairs was very very good, staff was all very pleasant. When we get a little age we have bumps and bruises just the same, but my room only had minor scratches.my only heads up is if your in a large truck, i have a crew cab long bed 8’ the parking garage will challenge your driving skills and if you arrive at hotel after 3 in the afternoon, parking will be very limited for the vehicle. Will definitely stay again next time i’m out this way.
