Trying to make a phone order and the guy hung up on me. Wings are delicious tried BBQ and lemon pepper. Meh on the cheese fries.
Where do I even begin. Horrible customer service. The worst I have ever experienced especially from a well known establishment. I work in an office of 30 employees and I placed a large order and 3 people's order was incorrect. I never got an email confirmation of my order or a receipt and wing stop claimed I made the wrong order. We are all human and I might have but what really upset me is they asked for the wrong order back in order to process any kind of refund. I was not about to pick stuff out of the trash. Unheard of ! Never was I offered an apology or even a future order credit. This is not the way a business should conduct services.

When I 'm writing this I 'm pretty **** off and a lot of people will think I 'm lying but believe I 'm really brutal honest right now.Plus I wish the cooperation will see this message and do something about the MANAGER AMY.I usually order here quite often for pick up and I pick you guys over Buffalo Wild Wings.So today I called in an order and walked in with my dogs to pick it up.No customers was there and when I got there I didn 't even get a Hi welcome.All I got from the manager was How can I help you I told her I need to pick up the food and said my name instead of her helping me someone else did.When I finished paying she told me like this Next time the dog can 't come in due to health regulations In my respond is no one ever told us that.She answered me I 'm the manger I 'm telling you now My face gave an expression off Excuse me wtf ****???I was surprised and shocked the way she said itI mean she can say it in a nicer tone and more polite than I will understand.Second is she didn 't even bother to ask if they are service dog or not.Which they are btw they even have a tag on their harness.However, I told her straight up this is my first time and last time I 'm ordering from you guys and you lost a customers.All I got back was Good don 't order from here I told her back your employees are nicer than you.My question is who tell **** hire Amy what a fucking shitty attitude she have.Plus when she answered the phone she like Hello Really this is how you answer the phone? Not saying Thank you for calling Wingstop how can I help you? Where the heck is her manners and how in the world did she became manger with that attitude when her employer have a nicer attitude.Yikes Wingstop you guys will loose a lot of customers because of her and her shitty attitude
