Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI never leave reviews but I have finally been inspired to after the ridiculous amount of bad experiences I have had here, I only keep giving it a shot bc it is right next to my house. Consistently wrong order, and the rudest staff around. Avoid if you can, worth it to go somewhere else, even if it’s a little more out of the way.
Exceptional customer service with a friendly staff. I visited for a complimentary red mug and the experience was fantastic.
Starbucks (Centrewood) has been a wonderful, consistent supporter of our local Elementary School’s PTA for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The manager, Katie, is kind and responsive and I’m so happy to call this Starbucks my “home base”! The staff here is also super nice and cheery and the drinks and food are always top notch.Thank you Starbucks for your continued partnership and all you do to support our community!

Updated encounter : came back this morning. Bartista this Sunday morning were so great and nice like she actually wanted to be there . Made my drink great , this is why I come to Starbucks .(Previous encounter I usually have a good experience. This morning a barista (brown hair and mask was very rude . I ordered off the app and did a pickup , I waited to do a remake . She was nice enough to ask me if I’ve been helped. I explained I wanted a remake , the tone/attitude changed . She snatched the drink sticker out my hand an explained it wasn’t stated on the customization. Which wasn’t true the app stated my order lol The passive aggressive behavior in the morning and wanting to be RIGHT is uncalled for . It’s okay to make a mistake but don’t try to blame me for the mistake. Making comments behind the register/bartista area whilst remaking my drink is even more childish. Crazier part the male manager watched it all n thought it was a comedy or high school cafeteria .
