I had lasagna and it was very bland, hardly any cheese and not worth what Ipaid for it. My roommate had spaghetti and i could have made it better at home. Next time we will just go to the chainrestaurants and hit up Olive Garden or Carrabba's.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant. The flavors were delicious and much different from what I usually find at local Italian restaurants. The prices were fair and there were plenty of choices for entrees and wines. It seems to be a small, family-run establishment, but the service was excellent and prompt. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't been there before.
This restaurant is a lovely gem. As others have mentioned, the food is outstanding and reasonably priced compared to other Italian restaurants in Charleston. The service was exceptional as well. I highly suggest giving this place a try if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed.
I went to this restaurant for the first time on Saturday night with my girlfriend and we both absolutely loved it! Everything we tasted was amazing, from the complimentary bread and oil to the pasta and dessert. The restaurant had excellent scenery and there was even a man playing the piano to enhance the ambiance. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back again.
My sister and I had lunch there today. It was delicious. Great eggplant! Very nice server,we sat outside. It was a nice surprise to find the restaurant.
