I will be contacting corporate and I will also be going to the other Dunkin’s in the area. Smh. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 5th time this has happened.
Fast service, I was in and out. The customer service was very nice. There were a lot of people, but the orders were running smoothly and I got what I wanted relatively quick.
I made a Drink Order online. When I arrived 10 minutes later they hadn't even seen it. No one was in the store and it looked like the two staff members were cleaning for closing... it was 7pm and they close at 10. They then went to make my order and didn't have the ingredients. I asked for a refund. They said they could not refund it. They asked if I'd take free donuts instead. I told them no because I'm gluten free. He then said what would you like me to do. I asked what he could make for the same price. He asked if I was in a hurry. I told him yes and that is why I ordered ahead. He then said he didn't know what to do. I said to give me a hot chocolate. He then tried to give me two. I told him I didn't want two. He threw his hands up and said I don't know what you want. Is it too much to get a refund if I prepaid the order and they couldn't make it? The owners of this location should be embarrassed.
I don’t like to complain but this is the second time I’ve found hair in my food. This is really disgusting and insanitary. Please just make sure your hair is fully covered and you’re wearing gloves when handling food…
