Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI came there. There was no receptionist at the front desk. I’ve been a consumer of red Robin for over 20 years. I’ve had some good experiences and bad. However, the day that I came, there was a young lady name Carly. She was working by herself and she waited on my table And she was very hospitable very sweet, very kind and I noticed she was alone from the front of the restaurant to the back and she worked really hard and put in a lot of effort to make sure my husband and I got everything we needed. I just wanted to show appreciation to her by doing a review and telling her I recognize her hard workThe happy hour is great you get all you can eat salad for 1.99 or all you can eat fries for 1.99 which I think is a great deal.Whomever the owner or manager is, please go to this young lady, and thank her personally for me for her hard work.. .Carly, I give you 5 stars
First visit in a very long time. I was very happy I went here. The place is comfortable. The service was excellent. I had the thin crust pizza. It was so good hot and even cold the next day it was great. Everyone in my group left satisfied with the whole experience. Hurray for the staff at Red Robin. You all deserve praise for you level of service. Great job. Thank you
My fiancé and I came in to eat but quickly left after hearing the workers cursing each other out and yell at an elderly couple that had been waiting in line ahead of us, who hadn’t done anything wrong. This place needs to work on their customer service because it was awful.
They seated us in the back near this big loud family who were clearly sick coughing all over the table not covering their mouths I left that's disgusting I'm not going to eat near sick people why the hell did you even seat them???
