This Boston Pizza is the worst. The Servers are POOR, the food is not served to substandard quality, and the managers are a great explanation as to why the business is run so poorly.

Management accepted a very large table at very short notice. They helped us get in and out quickly. A couple of items ordered didn't come out with the rest of the food, but given the huge order it's understandable. Thanks for your great service, you helped us get our Hockey Team fed quickly so they were on time for their next game! Thank You!

Hello, I had arranged a business luncheon for about 20 people. The room was great, and the server was great too. The only problem, was that there was only one server to serve our table despite a reservation of 20 attendees. He did the best he could, but we didn't get a chance to order our food for 30 minutes, and when we did, it didn't come out at once. Some people received their food 15 minutes before others. Some people decided to be polite and wait for everyone else to receive their food, and so their food went cold before they could eat it. Anyways, our lunch went 1 hour late due to this. Overall, it would have been much better if the server had an additional person to support him. Other than that, he did the best he could and was very polite and courteous. Thanks
