A small cake shop in Surry Hills where everything made from scratch and the smells of warm freshly baked cakes and savoury rolls bring a little happiness and contentment. Let’s try the best seller red velvet and some daily menu.<br/ <br/ RED VELVET CAKE – What a great taste especially the “RED” velvet cake! if it less sweet, I’ll give perfect score for this one. But I found out that the meringue is a little bit too sweet. (9/10)<br/ <br/ GLUTEN FREE ORANGE ALMOND CAKE . The cake was sweet but was cut off by the slight bitter and sourness of the orange peel that makes this cake delicious. (8/10)<br/ <br/ SAUSAGE ROLL forgot to take the picture of thar sausage roll as it is kind of normal in taste. But you can’t go wrong with a sausage roll, so its decent! (7/10)<br/ <br/ Should I try the healthy one instead of the sweet hot chocolate after eating all the sweets? So I decided to order this NOAH’S CREATIVE JUICE – combination of apple, peach, kiwi fruit, mango and lime. The juice is everthing you want for a juice. It is sweet, sour and fresh; but its pretty dense for a juice so that prevents it from getting the perfect score (9/10)

I would highly recommend Jillian’s for their Red Velvet Cake!The icing is so addictive, and the texture of the cake is perfect. There aren’t many places that can pull off a good not dry at all I’ll avoid using the ‘m’ adjective red velvet.For $7 per slice, I was pretty happy. There are cake places out there where you even have to fork out more without the same level of quality here.I was initially hoping to get the carrot cake but they didn’t have it. : Looking forward to coming back for my fix of cakes again, their display looked amazing.

Popped into this cute bakery for a coffee on a cold day and it was great! On the bitter side and made to perfection, the only thing to warm you up when winter has officially hit! <br/ <br/ Service was fantastic, coffee was done quickly and with a smile. Very friendly staff and a gorgeous setting for pick up and sitting in. <br/ <br/ The cakes on display looked beautiful and I’ll be back to try one for sure! Plenty of gluten free options as well, which is always a bonus. <br/

Tried the carrot cake and it was really good! Icing Cake ratio is just right. Icing is a bit on the sweet side and could use a stronger cream cheese flavour, but the spices on the carrot cake itself are well balanced. Loved it overall!
