Mold everywhere, they are slow, and they messed up order.

I ordered a chicken pot pie but got a vegetable pot pie. There was NO chicken in it. They use to have a nice amount of chicken but not anymore. I won't order it anymore.

Got food to go. Can't comment on the atmosphere, just a fast food restaurant. Service and food were good as usual.

I placed a mobile order to pick up when I arrived at the store 30 mins after placing the order it wasn't ready. I said to the lady I had placed an order so I could pick it up at a certain time and didn't have to wait 45 mins like like time. I will tell you that was the rudest hateful lady I have ever met. She has no name tag on so can't call her name out. But lady in her probably mid 50's short thin dark hair working the register front count at 5pm on Tuesday December 12th 2023. This will be my last time coming to this location every time it's an extremely long wait even if you place a mobile order. The last two times I've came here I've done a mobile order for a later time giving about 30 mins to make order and both times a 30 min wait at min after I got to store. So an hour min for a family bucket nothing special.
