Whataburger - Sweetwater

32 minutes to order and receive food in the drive through. We ordered 3-3 piece tender meals with two extra gravy?s. We got to the window. They told us to pull forward as they were making new gravy. Four cars received their food behind us. My wife finallywent in and they handed her a gravy. I guess we would?ve sat there for quite a while had she not gone in. It was a good thing weordered extra gravy as the gravy that came in the box only filled 1/3 of the container. And the food tasted like it had beensitting for hours. Really disappointing.

Stopped by while traveling. Great customer service (Jennifer attended us) and took care of the lobby. The food was good the store including the restrooms were very clean.

Just ate here. It was slammed. One employee was manning the front and coordinating a couple other kids who were running orders. She seems to be managing everyone. The back messed up my order 3 times but she was very apologetic and on top offixing it. She didn't yell at the back, she discreetly got them to correct my order and wore a smile the whole time. I'veseen so many employees lose thier cool under stress and point blame at other workers or get angry but she was perfect andprofessional. I didn't ask her name but my receipt said Linden C. She weres glasses. Linden, you were wonderful, just breathand take it as it comes girl! Food was fresh and yum!

Nope, took 20 minutes in the drive through. When I asked what the hold up was, the cashier said he didn?t know. I get to my hotel and find my ?large? fries was about 3/4 filled. Total for 1 meal was $14.33 and then they forgot the cheese, but didn?tforget to charge me for it. Had to go back up there after already being in my hotel room.

Terrible lunch. I waited 20 minutes at the outside lane drive thru for a Whataburger meal, making me late for an oil change appointment. Their signature burger takes 20 minutes? Fries are stone cold, no napkins in the bag and I didn't get the ketchupI wanted. Not good for a 20 minute wait. Won't stop at Sweetwater location again.
