Whataburger - Sweetwater

Nope, took 20 minutes in the drive through. When I asked what the hold up was, the cashier said he didn?t know. I get to my hotel and find my ?large? fries was about 3/4 filled. Total for 1 meal was $14.33 and then they forgot the cheese, but didn?tforget to charge me for it. Had to go back up there after already being in my hotel room.

Terrible lunch. I waited 20 minutes at the outside lane drive thru for a Whataburger meal, making me late for an oil change appointment. Their signature burger takes 20 minutes? Fries are stone cold, no napkins in the bag and I didn't get the ketchupI wanted. Not good for a 20 minute wait. Won't stop at Sweetwater location again.

The food and service were satisfactory. For takeout dinner, the price per person was around $30-$50. I would rate the food a 5 and the service a 5 as well. I recommend trying the Whataburger Double Meat Whatameal, along with the burger and fries.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Whataburger. There were no salt or pepper available, and they didn't have any napkins or drinks like Coke or sweet tea. Additionally, they were out of the sweet and spicy bacon burger, the A1 thick and hearty burger, and the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. On a positive note, the customer service and staff were very nice. However, there is definitely a need for improvement in terms of menu items and availability.
