Whataburger - Sweetwater

I’m not sure why I never tried Whataburger before, but it was absolutely delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food and service were satisfactory. For takeout dinner, the price per person was around $30-$50. I would rate the food a 5 and the service a 5 as well. I recommend trying the Whataburger Double Meat Whatameal, along with the burger and fries.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Whataburger. There were no salt or pepper available, and they didn't have any napkins or drinks like Coke or sweet tea. Additionally, they were out of the sweet and spicy bacon burger, the A1 thick and hearty burger, and the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. On a positive note, the customer service and staff were very nice. However, there is definitely a need for improvement in terms of menu items and availability. My experience at the drive-thru was quite frustrating. It took 32 minutes for us to place our order and receive our food. We ordered three three-piece tender meals along with two extra gravies. When we reached the window, we were told to pull forward because they were preparing fresh gravy. Meanwhile, four cars that had arrived after us were served their meals. My wife eventually went inside and was handed a container of gravy; I can't help but think we would have been waiting there much longer if she hadn't stepped in. It's a good thing we ordered extra gravy, as the gravy that came with our meals only filled a third of the container. On top of that, the food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.

I visited this restaurant while traveling and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent—Jennifer looked after us and kept the lobby tidy. The food was tasty, and the entire establishment, including the restrooms, was very clean.
