Very good food served with generous portions in an award winning environment. Service was maybe a little slow, but this is a place where your table appears to be yours for the night, so you can just sit back and chill out.

A friend and I were going for a drink there was a large Christmas lunch on in the pub I parked but she was unable to get in by the time we decided to go elsewhere there were a dozen cars just driving round and round I have received a £100 parking fine for being in their car park for 17 mins as we didn’t go in and order food! RIP off avoid!!!

Nice traditional inn, very festively decorated for the Christmas season. There is even an ice rink open at weekends. We were there for our work Christmas dinner. The food was nice but not exceptional. The party seating was very cramped and uncomfortable. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5
