Burger King - Syracuse

They can't find out if they're going, except cash or credit. what is the difference that the register is made to take cash or credit and the fact that they said a side credit a side cash money then the switches it only credit. it is hard for customers to buy and the change they accept is bad for the business.

Employees were lazy and rude, I wish I had something nice to say but I can’t believe my service.

Incredibly unprofessional conduct from staff, watched them yell at people and talk to them in the most disrespectful way yesterday. The woman at the cash register needs to find a new job. Wait times were ridiculous.

Probably the dumbest people, snappy and rude for no good reason. Didn't even have a Fortnite Burger 0/10 this place was god awful

Horrible service repeated myself and my boyfriend had to repeat his whole order bc the girl kept looking away and talking to other ppl completely rude told the register I wanted sweet and sour about four of them and when we got the bag she didn’t give us any she said next time we’re gonna have to charge you and they got my burger wrong I order whopper with cheese no onions extra pickle extra tomatoes but got onion and didn’t get extra tomatoes or pickle. Very very very unsatisfied.
