This is the first time at this location but my family are avid customers for happy teriyaki. My family and I stopped in for a late lunch today and was NOT happy with the experience. We understand that things happen but I would give this place a negative star if I could in food and customer service. I got the bento box with sesame chicken and my husband got the chicken katsu and both were extremely dry and I could not eat the sesame chicken it was so hard. Not only that but the “salad” was just seasoned cabbage and carrot slices. I had to ask for dressing for my salad and even then mine and my husbands were slimy. I brought it up the the waitress and she went to the manager. After a minute they both came back and told me that I’m paying for it regardless. When I offered to pay for what was eaten (fried rice and egg rolls) the manager persisted to tell me we will pay for everything and they were not going to remake it and wouldn’t do ANYTHING to fix the situation. Over all 0/10 for customer service, 2/10 for the food (egg rolls were cooked correctly) and decor is a 5/10 cause even though it’s a bit cramped it’s very nice looking inside. Management do better. We would have been just fine you remaking it but instead you caught an attitude over your bad cooking.
First time eating here, it was a win. I ordered the spicy chicken takeout, and it was fresh, hot, great portions, with a side of sauce and rice and steamed cabbage for only 13$. Gotta be the best deal in town. Place was clean and the employees nice. Will definitely be ordering from here again.Kid-friendliness: Was patient with my child, it was a calm welcoming environment.
Prices are ridiculous. I was a regular, had a punch card, justed used it. Price was 53.00 before the free meal, and 45.00 after using the card. There is No entree on their menu for 8.00 Brian Majeste
I really enjoy the food here. My family and I usually get the Cali bento, which has a good variety of food as well as a generous serving chicken katsu, chicken teriyaki, tempura veggies, rice, steamed cabbage, and California rolls. The California rolls are consistently not to our liking, but that's probably just us. Also, their spicy chicken teriyaki is pretty good. A bit on the sweeter side and not spicy enough for me, I'd say maybe 2 out of 5 on the spiciness.Otherwise, we really enjoy getting food their.Parking: The restaurant is located among several other businesses that share the lot. Getting in and out sucks and the parking can be sparse when the area is busy. Of course they can't control the parking situation. Just be aware if it is your first time there.
