Memos Mexican Food - Tacoma

I ordered the Washington jumbo burrito, and wow, it was fantastic. It seemed like they seared the outside after assembling it, which was a nice touch that reminded me of some shawarma places in Lebanon. It definitely hit the spot! I can’t comment on the other menu items, but the burrito was delicious, and I will certainly be returning here in the future.

We make a special effort to visit this Memo's for their breakfast burritos. My favorite is the steak and egg burrito—it's well-seasoned, and the meat is lean without being fatty or tough. I also appreciate that they don't use french fries as a filler. While the Lakewood Memo's is closer to us, the quality of their food simply doesn't compare to that of the Tacoma Memo's. They're like two entirely different restaurants!

The food was amazing! I ordered two burritos: a Washington burrito and a bacon breakfast burrito, both of which were served hot and fresh. The staff was friendly, and even during the dinner rush, I only waited 10 minutes from placing my order to receiving my food!
