When we got to the window, my wife noticed they had only charged for one 10 piece McNugget. So I extended my card to the girl at the window and told her we needed two McNuggets in stead of just one. Her reply was that we would have got pull around and get back in line to re-order. My wife who was sitting in the dront passenger seat, stretched across and told the attendent that I had already ordered two McNuggets. I second her and affirmed that indeed we had learly told the person on the loudspeaker that we wanted two 10 piece McNugget meals. The attendent then said hold on a moment . After about two minutes, she came back and said they wod give us the second 10 piece in our bag when the food becomes ready. We felt better and thanked her. However when she handed us our bag, there was only one 10 piece McNugget. By this point it was late, we were tired, and it wasn 't worth hassling about and so we drove home with one-less McNugget than we wanted. It 's worth mentioning that McDonalds (ANY McDonalds) has a very poor reputation for service, and this is a typical reason for why. Everytime my wife and I get drive-through service at any McDonalds in the southeastern U.S., they either forget a pack of fries, or they forget to provide straws, etc. So McDonalds earns their poor reputation for service. If we dine in, the workers now have doubled their chances of not getting it wrong because the task of filling drink cups, getting straws, napkins, etc., are up to us since these things are usually provided for customers to pick. McDonalds in general has the laziest customer service culture that you will find. Any smaller resturant would have folded because of it. This is one of the dangers of becomming too big. The only reason we ate at McDonalds that night is because my kids specifically asked for it. They really need to up their service game because my wife and I would never have chosen Mc on our own, and it 's because we know to expect poor service.... at ANY McDonalds.
Took forever to get someone rude to take our order just to find out breakfast was no longer available for the day even though all the menus were still up. Asked for an iced coffee just to find out they weren't going to make coffee anymore that day. Left to a different establishment.
Slow employees are just there. Never get the order right.
They never open on time. They have yet to get my order right on the first try. They keep multiple cars waiting in the drive thru, get them to park, then bring them the wrong food or completely forget that they're there. Of all the McDonald's I've ever been to this is absolutely the worst. It's not because of covid either, they have been this way long before covid!Negative seven out of ten. Highly would not recommend.Disappointed consumer on multiple occasions.
Terrible service. Sat on the first Drivethru line, while 3 cars their orders on the second drivethru. Ultimately, the line left and drove back to the second Drivethru line. Order was taken incorrectly and it was sent to additional food to what we ordered. After taking the fruit and maple oats, the bag of apples became OPENED and had brown sticky things on the bag. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this type of service is typical in this place.
