Chick-fil-a - Tallahassee

I ordered a Cool Wrap, which I have ordered many times before. The Cool Wrap I got had an abundance of lettuce, but very little chicken filling, maybe a fourth of what is normally in the wrap. Very disappointed. Also, did not include my second package of Avocado Ranch dressing. In addition it took a very long time to get the food, which was ordered ahead of time on their app. Below are pictures of what I got and what I expected.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Outdoor and Indoor lines are not only long, but move incredibly slow. This location does not seem to hold the same standards as other franchises, across the board. Fries were served burnt and soggy, not sure how that?s even done. Majority of the staff seemed to be sluggish and not a pleasure to be around. The indoor line was 8 customers deep and they were only working off one register. Just all-in-all, not the experience you expect when going to Chick-fil-A.

This chick fil a never fails to disappoint me. Their mobile ordering system is terrible. Every time I order through the app, I arrive and my order is not ready. I see people come in and order in the restaurant and receive their food before me. It?s extremely inefficient and defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. When I entered the waiting area, no one assisted me after I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting on my order placed 15 minutes before I even arrived. Eventually, I asked someone and then they began to prepare my order. The only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star is because the sandwich was rather tasty.

As always, the food was great!! I decided to finally try the new location on Magnolia I believe, by the old Winn Dixie. The line has always been very long!!. But again, as always, the wait was very quick and the customer service was excellent. That is why I keep coming back, also the waffle fries! ;

I frequently visit this Chick-fil-A a lot and I always have a great experience. The food is always super fresh and I?ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Whenever I come here one of the employees Madison has always made it a wonderful experience for me. She always remembers me and makes me feel very welcomed. She does a great job and is very efficient. I love the energy she brings with her cow print accessories!
