Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI have no complaints about the food; it was excellent. However, the staff really needs better training in customer service. They give the impression that serving customers is a burden for them, and it feels like they’re not happy in their jobs. Unfortunately, customers have to endure their attitude and the unpleasant atmosphere it creates.
Awful experience! I ordered a double and a single burger, but the bun was messed up. I won't be returning! I wouldn’t even give it a single star if I had the choice!
The manager generously gave me a complimentary 4/4 combo because my card wasn’t working. She was incredibly helpful, respectful, and kind. I believe she mentioned to her team that they should stop by my workplace anytime, as it's close by.
I ordered a southwest avocado salad but one of the main ingredients were missing, the avocado. I expect to get what I paid for. Smh!
Accurate orders, they substituted two half size salads when they couldn't give me a full and I ended up with some extra. Nice people
