Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónCaribbean food, especially Haitian cuisine, is delicious! My fellow Zoe's already know how great the food is. The service is fantastic as well. I highly recommend you all come and try their dishes!
This restaurant truly deserves five stars for its delicious flavors and authenticity. I usually don’t order goat, but it was aromatic and flavorful—definitely not gamey like you find at many other places. The portions were generous enough to last me two days. The service exceeded my expectations; the staff was friendly and courteous. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food we received. My only complaint, which is common in many Caribbean restaurants, is that several items on the menu were unavailable. I understand that Haitian cuisine can be complex and labor-intensive, making it hard to have everything in stock daily. I suggest offering specific items on certain days and indicating this on the menu. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would rate them four stars and will definitely return with my family.
I ordered the Griot with Djondjon (black rice), and it was even better than what I've had at some places in Miami! I was pleasantly surprised to find this dish in Georgia, where Haitian restaurants are less common compared to the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The meal was delicious and generous! I just wish I lived closer to this spot since I was only visiting. The service was great, and I didn't have to wait long at all.
How can I come to Atlanta and I don't make a stop here at La Différence Bakery Café!!! The food will always be great and yummy here. Don't waist your time and money if you are looking to eat quality this is the place.
Have you ever walked into a restaurant and felt right at home? Well. Walk into this restaurant and you'll get what I'm talking about. I have been on a search for good Haitian food that reminded me of food from up North and I found this hidden gem in Lawrenceville. You're greeted when your walked in and you go to the counter to order your food. I got what I was craving GRIOT!!!!!!! And let's not forget the black rice. And no. I'm not Haitian but I have eaten AUTHENTIC Haitian food from native Haitians and this reminded me of them. The griot was just as I remembered. Fried with a little fat and seasoned well. The black rice was fresh and just like I like it. The pickliz was delicious. Nice and acidic because of the vinegar. I wonder if they sell jars of pickliz because I would buy it! If your in Gwinnett and looking for Haitian food, stop by and support!
