The first incident happened when I made a simple request for an orange juice after breakfast, asking if it was possible to get one. The second time was when I requested a change to our Biggie Bag deal to add cheese. I was left speechless.
The service was disappointing. They didn't have any frozen drinks on the menu, and instead of asking for my preference, they substituted a different drink without my consent. Additionally, they removed items from my order without prior discussion. I plan to contact the manager and the company about this experience!
I've rarely written negative reviews, but this was by far the worst Wendy's I’ve ever visited. There are too many issues to detail, but to sum it up: the food, the service—everything was completely unacceptable. Also, please consider changing the fry oil!
The fries were disappointing; they tasted awful and had no salt at all. I also asked for a straw, but none was provided. Am I supposed to drink the lemonade without it? There was no salt or ketchup offered either. I kept checking to make sure the chicken in the sandwich was cooked properly.
The food was delicious, although it did arrive a bit cold. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience!
