Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

My younger brother ordered a small portion of soft serve ice cream and a Sprite at this restaurant. He used the self-service option and had to wait 6 minutes for his Sprite and soft serve, despite there being only 2 other customers in the shop. It took them a total of 6 minutes to serve him.

Mcdonalds I've ever been there. customer service was not existent, there were 4 not very tech people in my group without helping anyone in ordering to the self-help machines. we finally managed to get the attention of a coworker for help... after 3 try ., the clean and wandered around. the machines were not able to give us a ticket with our order numbers, so had no idea what our order numbers were. the employees behind the theke were traveled and could not help with sales and query. very understated.

I never write about McDonald 's as I feel they are just a stop over for a quick snack to keep you going whilst travelling. But this one takes FIRST PRIZE as the worst McDonald 's I have ever encountered. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Not only was the service...poor, the morning breakfast was appauling, it was only warm, possibly cooked a lot earlier. The coffee was again only warm. As for a pension card forget it, they go backwards. They wish to charge you ! DON 'T BOTHER STOPPING HERE, YOU WIL, REGRET IT Cheers Glen W Melbourne Australia

I went through and was served by the nicest girl! I work on a makkassa myself and the customer service was absolutely excellent! I didn't get a name, but she was in the second window in a cafe uniform:

The food was cold. soggy I took a look at it and was disgusting, I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. rude staff, let us wait 10 minutes at the window for absolute terrible eating and service
