Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe hostess dropped her head into her hand, sighed and said she needed to have some tables cleared. No eye contact at all. Then she seated the party of four that was in line behind my boyfriend and me. Disappointing. However, we got a great meal elsewhere with spot on service, which wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been snubbed here. Our money went to a classier establishment.
This place was super cute with a great view of cute area. We sat outside which was fun. We both ordered salads. I got a $6 house salad but was rather disappointed. One poor slice of tomato and two slices of cucumber? Hmm I feel like this could be improved. Possibly chop them up? Adding a little cheese or croutons could help take this to the next. Or potentially lower the price to $3. They also didn't have to-go boxes and only had bags that lacked a way to seal them. I'm not sure if it's this way or not but it was strange to say the least.
I had a very yummy turkey sandwich and the Rueben was delicious. Great pickles and chips too! The waitress was super nice and gave me good recommendations on every section of the menu. I'd like to try them again!
Bent Street is now open and under new ownership as of May 2022. Just had an amazing breakfast there. It has been remodeled and has a exciting new menu. Breakfast , lunch, and weekend evenings .
I'll start out with the only pro: the stunning view on the patio. It was a lovely spot to sit with the exception of the umbrella doing absolutely nothing to stop the sun and it will bake your skin to a crisp. Regardless of the season. Service was atrocious. Absolutely horrendous. I was livid while trying to hide the fact from my host. I was pissed this was the location I wasted my short time on. If you cant handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. You ended my trip on a sour note. You couldn't even drop the bill off yourself? No drink refills period? No checking back on the tables to see if things are needed. The food is outrageously priced. $10 for a sandwich? With a pickle and corn chips? Yaaah no. Not being able to serve a breakfast item because the cooks switched out is the stupidest **** I've ever heard. Just tell me no. Then I will take my business elsewhere like I should have done from the beginning. The entire ordeal was a waste of time. $9 for 2 mimosas? Holy mothballs DON'T DO THIS.
