Ikan Bakar Turi - Tarakan

I have to say this is one of the best seafood restaurant I've ever tried. the price is somewhat more expensive about 30% than the common place for grill fish, but hey the taste of it is worth.

The restaurant offers fresh fish, tasty sambal, and a great dining experience.

The grilled fish at this restaurant is average, but I give it 4 stars for their sambal. There are 4 bowls of spicy condiments, including green tomato, raw mango, balacan, and fish/shrimp paste, that when mixed together create an amazing flavor. An interesting aspect is that the grilled fish appears raw on the outside but is cooked perfectly on the inside.

The food takes a long time to prepare, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. The prices are high, but the taste is excellent. There is a limited selection of fish dishes, but they offer a variety of delicious sambal options.
