Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónVisit the area from the state. I stopped picking up dinner before I left. To a great crowd waiting for her food. Squashed to sit on the dune in the area on the back of the device. Everything was good (beautiful decor, friendly staff) until our food came. My daughter first got her duck. A few minutes later, one of the servers brought my pizza. I ordered a little vegetarian. What was before me was a pizza crust with sauce upstairs. I thought maybe the vegetables were mixed with the sauce so I couldn't see them, but I picked them up and asked if I could have cheese upstairs. She thought I meant rubbed parm already on our table. I should add that there was a language barrier between us. I tried to clarify that I wanted Mozzarella cheese and she didn't seem to understand me. She went to the lead server and he came by, they exchanged some words in a different language when he took my pizza away and apologized, told me he had repaired it. I sat there for 20 minutes while my daughter consumed her meal. As my feast? Pizza finally came out, I told them I would just eat one piece and nicely asked to have the rest because we were on a schedule and had to (now there was an hour). I also asked for the check. He brought me the little check print on a small clipboard. As usual, I just looked at it to make sure everything was okay and then I placed my credit card upstairs. He took the slip and my card away and came back with the several copies. I noticed that the new copies were overall higher than the original. After getting his attention (10 minutes later) I asked about the difference and he told me that there was a 4% surcharge for using my credit card. When I was asked how should I know that he had some worn-out pressure on the clipboard (that we could not read) and some signage allegedly on the front of the restaurant (which we were looking for and did not find how we left the restaurant). So, not only did I wait 40 minutes for a subpar pizza, but I got an additional fee 4% because I used a credit card (I had money on me and had used that instead I had known about the supplement). The disclaimer about the contract was on the tiny clipboard UNDER the paper slide I originally saw. He never mentioned before he charged me an extra charge. If at all, I thought they might have the professional courtesy not to load on the pizza I had to wait for 40 minutes, but I waited for 40 minutes on sub par pizza and was then penalized for a credit card. We'll never be here again next time? Even if you don't like loud Latin music during eating in an Italian restaurant, you shouldn't go here.
Really good pizza, but poor customer service. I ordered to take it and it took 10 minutes longer than what was promised to have my pizza. Not a big deal, but what really lost my future business is that they charge you an automatic? Service fee? and then still on a tip. If I hadn't read the inbox? No warning before that there is an automatic service fee on the invoice. What service?! I ordered to go, I paid for my pizza, the only service I received was given the pizza that is legally mine since I paid for it. I see this trend more and more in restaurants and it costs their server/competition income because I refuse to double the tip. Take $1.50 service fee for a $40.00 meal. Usually I would say take 10%, but that should be at my discretion. It should never be an automatic fee. This tells me that the restaurant is a tip, regardless of service, food quality or quantity. Bad and sticky business practice. Restaurants that do the bare minimum get the bare minimum. Restaurants that use shady practices like these lose all my future business.
Medium ordered well. Burger was burned. And not all my order included in the bag. This place is ?hit and miss?, depends on the day, the cook and who?s on the front.
A neighborhood classic. There is a restaurant on the back that has sweet seating for casual food. The portions are very large and food is also very delicious. Classic American Italian cuisine with an extensive menu. Also family-friendly!
I have to admit that I do only like to review great places to eat. But that is because I'd rather great food stands out. And this is some great food and service. The atmosphere is outstanding and the kitchen was great about delivering a perfect custom order. If you stop in this area for any reason I think you can count on this spot for a great experience.
