Wingstop - Taylor

I called to place an order, she picks up and I can hear music in the background and someone speaking as well, she puts me in hold after i told her i wanted to place an order, a minute later she removes me off hold and asked me what i would like but the music is still playing in the background and it was loud. Like seriously? I didn't even want to proceed in placing an order here. LOWER THE MUSIC SO YOU CAN HEAR MY ORDER ! YOU ARE AT WORK. NEW MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED IN THIS PLACE BECAUSE THE ONE IN PLACE ARE DOING A HORRIBLE JOB.

I called and told them they gave me the wrong order and they asked me to prove it.. Had to drive all the way back just for the manager to give me a hard time and insist it was the right order. The staff pulled each item out of the bag and opened it acting as if I switched the orders. They finnaly offered to make my food again if I was willing to wait another 30 minutes. Yeah I just took a refund and I won't be back.

First time visit, won't be the last. AMAZING wings and fries. Staff was friendly, they were very busy but handled it well !! Only downside is it's a bit pricey for carryout though !

First time trying wingstop probably the last after the visit to this location. Wings were raw on one side which was for my daughter and since we couldn't tell if they were fully cooked we werent taking the chance and just threw them away my whole order was wrong and my husband wings were gross... won't be returning that's for sure.

I remember back when I lived in Houston, Texas. This being one of our weekend spots and being from Socal me and my peeps know some bomb? spots. Went to this spot here in Taylor and royal oak. Let me say DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Brought back to my texas days. Highly recommend it 5 stars. Great service and food was on point! I love the Hawaiian sauce! A must try! -L.A. rick??
