I asked at my last visit about the times of the operations and why, when I come by, it already closed. their answer was: “Of course they tell us if it is slow and have no one we can close early,” I would expect the answer from one’s own. no franchise business. that's inevitable. they should close their doors all together for the taylorsville ms location. they do not care about their local community and try to grow and maintain their business. Maybe it's just POOR management that doesn't even know what's going on.
Worst experience that I’ve ever had with subway. I had called to place a Togo, when I said I wanted make a Togo order. They had told each other with me still on the phone “he could of just gone online and ordered.” When I arrived to get my order I waited in line for 15-20 minutes for them to make and ring up nearly everyone else that was in line, when they had already and my sandwich made and waiting at the counter. When i finally got my sandwich and got home only half of the footlong was made partly right and the other half, was partly made as well but had something super spicy added onto it.
I had a coupon and their scanner wasn't working. They expected me to pay full price when I could've saved over $5. I left the sandwich and went to Ward's
I try calling and someone picked up the phone and hung up that's very rude and this place is no good bad people work here ain't no telling what's wrong with the food but only thing why I called is to check on my application and yes I worked here befor as an assistant manager I know the head lady all I can say no good
Ordered meat ball no sauce had change subs. Changed subs they put wrong sauce on had ti remake it again. Then says ill get a break an still charged me full price every soda option is out. Poor management
