Great place to relax. The view of the lake is a dream. DAS TEGERNSEE is a top house/restaurant/hotel to enjoy the weekend! Unfortunately, no e-loading station is offered on outdoor parking spaces, i.e. 1 point withdrawal!

We played here for New Year's music and were very welcome. The team is so attentive, I didn't experience it in any hotel. The rooms are great, eat very tasty, the wellness area is very large. The panoramic sauna the highlight! Very recommended. Thank you.

The hardest rating so far. But I've been buzzing to give two more stars. This is due to the wellness area and breakfast. Both were absolutely fine, the staff was very friendly and helpful. These areas were as I expected. It was a shame that the forest sauna was defective on all 5 days.I booked the stay in May directly at the hotel, second room category with mountain views, 345€ the night, for 4 nights. I wanted to go to the spa, so I found the room appropriate. From 3:00 a.m., I had asked by phone. Quarter after three, we were there, but the room wasn't ready. Quarter before 4 finally cleaned. And then the disappointment came. In such a hotel category for this price I have never received a comparable room. The mountain look ridiculous, if you've done a good job, you could actually see some meadow on the mountain. The bathroom so small that only one person had room in it. Left of the room a room from the room service, which was very frequented. Sleep at noon, excluded. At the mountain view we looked at meeting rooms which were well visited on Friday and until the evening. In such a small room then also have to sleep with closed window to avoid the noise, not possible. On the left of these meeting rooms there was a parking lot which was pleasantly and often approached by hotel and day guests. And all the bad we were right next to the reception and were allowed to attend every checkin. The first night we've been going through. On Saturday afternoon I went to the reception and explained why this is the worst room in a comparable hotel, which I have inhabited so far. The young man warmly thanked me for giving the hotel the opportunity to react, has recorded everything and wanted to make a clarification. Well, that's what happened. No callback, no message in the room, no address at the reception. Nothing more. This is really very “professional”, unfortunately I have gained the impression that the claim of the House does not match the performance it has achieved. Even on departure, not a question about the stay. I cannot recommend this hotel. Too bad for the employees who deliver an honest work there, the businessman of the hotel management is not acceptable. I recommend for training purposes Kempinski Berchtesgaden and Kitzbühel or the Hotel Hüttenhof in Grainet has only 4 stars by the way. Here the price fits the performance. You have to learn this. As I said, honestly, no recommendation. I can't imagine visiting this hotel again. Generally speaking, this hotel has a massive quality problem. The prices are completely overpriced. Rooms were dirty and inhabited (difficult toilet, stained walls, dust everywhere and the corners, especially in the bathroom, were disgusting. After using the hair dryer I had the need to disinfect my hands) even the public areas were not clean (in the elevator for two days many needles of tannins on the ground, not overlooked.
