This facility has the potential to be a 5 star hotel but currently it’s far from it. Plus we got here super early and they gave us 3 rooms (non AC) which was a nice gesture as we were 3 families. That’s where the good part ended. Negatives We booked 6 AC rooms we got 5 non AC rooms. No towels in the rooms till 4 pm. Sheets have holes in them. Bathrooms smell bad and big fat roach in one of the rooms. NO WIFI which was advertised and confirmed by our agent. In any case I highly recommend hiring a good property manager as the hotel has a lot of potential. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 3

The staff was very arrogant we had advanced booked paying advance money on the day of our arrival they did not allot us rooms one 1 floor and charged extra when asked for rooms on same floor The staff then charged more money saying we are offering gezer facility. No true to words. There are many better hotels than this one . No lift no proper service Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3

Poor room service and washroom was dirty and no hot water despite of having geyser. Need to say improvisation is must. Till now no recommendations...
