Republic Ramen - Tempe

Before and after. I am filled, the prices are great for the part, its delicious, I will always come. The staff is friendly and diligent. Don't come on a Friday night unless you want with a packed house and slow service due to the rush, but the line from the door should be any indication of how amazing this place is. My father is a cook and very picky where he eats. If he doesn't like it, he'll tell the cook when he says the cook, and he'll come back. His honest way a lol lol but I must be super picky of places I introduce him... That means I introduced him to this place and he loved it as I expected him. Once you try, you're back.

The best place ever!! The music was the dream of every Kpop fan. The food had very large portions and was very fresh (hot). The Boba milk tea was addicted and the whole experience was great. The staff was nice and there were no problems.

The chicken was a bit dry and the broth was a little subtle in taste, but overall it was delicious and worth the price

I had the tonkatsu with pig and Kirin. My friend had the sharp Republic with pig and Kirin. Overall, over $30 were with taxes and tips for both of us. Portions are big and the taste was great. On Friday after 6:00, bowls came out. The tables were not sticky as some Asian restaurants could be. I didn't get a MSG headache after that. All for a great meal at a good price.

They have vegetarian ramen, which I was very excited to try with the original toppings. The portion sizes are huge. The ramen could have been seasoned better (it was a little salty), but besides that, it was delicious. Also love that there was plenty of parking out front.
