Jersey Mike's Subs - Temple

I ordered the Philly and it was great. Service was fast too. They keep the restaurant a little too cold for my liking but once summer's here it'll feel fine.

Does not greet or acknowledge customers. I left after standing there for 3 minutes with 3 people working in front of me and I am the only one in line. SMH ?‍ A simple I we will be right with sir would had changed the whole experience.

Yesterday I came in to get a Togo order. I was clearly the first one in the to go line I am African American needless to say a White guy came in and the lady working the register asked him what he needed then after she got his order she acknowledged me. She had a had own a hat working the register she has poor customer service. I felt so bad I was angry like cmon this is 2024.

This location is excellent. We’ve ordered hundreds of subs from them for work. Never an issue.

New to Temple and I love Jersey Mike's but this location did not satisfy my appetite. I really want to give them another shot but maybe later this year. Place was super clean and staff was very nice.
