Chun La Hao Chong Qing Hot Pot Chún Là Hào Chóng Qìng Lǎo Huǒ Guō

Wow, this restaurant is fantastic! The interior decor and family-style seating are beautifully designed. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, including some exotic dishes. The best part is that you can choose two different flavors for your soup base. All the meat we tried was high quality! The service was outstanding; the staff was attentive and brought our orders quickly, answering all our questions. Additionally, they have a make-your-own sauce station and a selection of snacks to try (of course, for an extra charge). I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I'm not sure if we experienced food poisoning, but the food was merely okay. This restaurant is supposedly a well-known hotpot place from mainland China, but they seem to have some quality control issues with their snacks. Almost all the crunchy snacks were stale. On the bright side, the seaweed, pickled vegetables, mung bean soup, and white fungus soup were all good. The selection of hotpot ingredients was varied and fresh. The service was attentive, and soup refills came quickly. The atmosphere was casual and inviting.

They have a variety of soup bases, and the spicy levels are just right. Hotpot ingredients are authentic and fresh. Side dishes are buffet style and plenty. The only negative I would mention is the chairs are too hard for anyone to sit in for a long meal.
