To night 7 -29 me and my daughter stopped in for ice cream , was met by this gentleman , he was polite , l wish l got his name , maybe they can look who work that night but kudo's to him.thank you!!

Ordered a blizzard from this location on miracle treat day. The lady who was working drive through at 6:45 pm , with tattoos addresses people as “beautiful” , is awesome!!! Great service and even seemed to provide fantastic service while she was the only one running drive thru! A great ending to my work day because of her. She even assisted me with rewards in the mobile app scanning my receipt to earn points.

Terrible service… food super cold…. Customer service horrible they all seem upset. Gave me a sundae with no fudge I was confused.. then I get home and see they didn’t give me my sauce for my tenders.. get a new staff.

Fast service. I cream was good. Great for family outing for ice cream choices or food choices. Kids friendly.

5/31/24 10:54pm in temple terrace. The line moved EXTREMELY SLOW. The people taking the orders were super condescending and seemed aggravated. I’m really a patient person and I’m not sure why they take soooo long (30mins is a long time) to move the line but it needs to be assessed by upper management ASAP. It shows that the customers orders are not a priority. No “I apologize for the wait” or nothing. Like seriously what kind of system do you have set up for the line to move this slow and it takes so long to get orders out. Forgetting the orders you take is insane. It looked like it was a lot of people working too.
