The Square - Thanh Pho Uong Bi

Large selection of well prepared seafood. they had sushi, crab, garnel, noodle, suppen, a series of very good desserts. very nice restaurant.

Food is of appropriate quality. could be worth an additional half-star or so if they catch the right offer to increase the value. otherwise it is a bit over-price for what is very average tariff. I had a scribble that rather illustrated what they got with them. it was a tasteful cut properly cooked, but very thin (also for a ribeye). it also had large portions of fat and gristle that would turn off many diners (but I am a hill country young who knows that such portions are where the real taste is). they were from the advertised mint sauce that I wanted to try, but the tomato cahutney that was substituted was better than expected. around 30 dollars there were here and elsewhere better options. still hit a place.
