Turtle Jack's Waterdown

Incredible food and exceptional service! This is our favorite spot, and we can't wait to return soon. The desserts, particularly Ice n' Fire and our new favorite, Sticky Toffee Pudding, were delicious!

This location has undergone several changes over the years. I believe the food is just as delicious as it was 20 years ago, albeit in a different style. The servers are very friendly and genuinely seem to care. Overall, it was a great experience. The bathrooms are still the same as I remember from years ago. I do miss the pull-apart bread loaf, though!

The server was incredible as well. I wanted to order fish and chips, but when I mentioned that I wanted it without the beer batter, she informed me they couldn't accommodate that request and suggested an alternative dish instead. I inquired about halal options, and she kindly went to the kitchen to check, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, there were no halal options, but I decided to stay due to the excellent customer service and the warm, inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. I ended up ordering a Caesar salad and fries, and when I ordered the fries, she brought me a selection of condiments like vinegar and ketchup—such a nice touch. Thank you for making me feel at home in your restaurant. You have a wonderful team!

The food was amazing and our server was fantastic. She asked about allergies, which has never happened anywhere else we have been. She was one of the best servers we have encountered in a long time. We are from Mississauga, but as we were passing through Waterdown we decided to stop and have dinner. We will definitely go there again, I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone that happens to be in the area

Ok, this is the best Turtle Jack's branch we ever visited. Food was just perfect and everything was great. Definitely will be back!
