The Colorado Omelet was amazing. The best I’ve had at an IHOP. Excellent Chef.

Horrible! Great customer service is rare these days! I walked in with my 2 children (toddlers). We sat in the front of the restaurant by the host stand for 10 minutes waiting to be seated (mind you the restaurant was empty, with maybe 5-6 customers total). While patiently waited for someone to greet us, employees were in the back playing and arguing. Completely pissed me off. I left. I called and expressed my concerns to the manager, Sabrina. She was unapologetic and careless. Hiring better employees and managers is ESSENTIAL! This place will not be open long with the lack of empathy and professionalism I experienced today.
