Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe food was great as usual, however the service was not as good as usual. Our server told us the bread was going to be out soon TWICE, it was not out soon. The part that threw me off was when he was taking our order, and asked if we were sharing an entree? Why would the 3 of us be sharing one small entree?
EXCELLENT dining experience!!! The food and service were 5 star! We had the scallop with lobster risotto entree special, the Filet Oscar special and the Ny Strip entree. We also had the lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail. The cheesecake was our favorite out of the 3 desserts we tried. The old fashioned's and pineapple martinis along with dirty vodka martinis were all excellent. We also had bottles of white and red wine on the 90+ point menu. Both were delicious. Our server Rashad gave outstanding service. He was attentive, professional and interactive. He gave us a taste of a 12yr bourbon that is a hard to find bottle, which was a very unexpected gesture and was the cherry on top of our 5 star dining experience We will be requesting him again on our next visit. Definitely one of the BEST dinners we've had at a fine dining restaurant in Houston.
If I could I give no stars I would. 50 minutes since we got seated and not even an appetizer has been brought to the table. This is second time it happens to us here. First time we thought it might be some issue that happens occasionally, but this time they have topped it. Completely disappointed. Would not come here again. Food got delivered all at once “miscommunication “, food is great as always, but all at once really?? Anyways all is good when ends good.
Amazing food from start to finish. I would highly recommend getting the flourless chocolate cake and cheese cake.
I can’t say anything about the food since I only had the chance to get a bottle of water. I made the reservation for 5:45pm and I had to leave after waiting for server to come to our table. Unfortunately not what I expected. The manager realize what had happen as I’m walked out of the restaurant and came running to apologize and offering a gift card to come back but I honestly don’t think I will . It is so important for a restaurant to have a great service from the moment you come to the moment you walk out . I had a total different experience at Daily Gather where I just walked and felt so welcome with even no reservations had the waiter in seconds and just a few minutes with our food.
