Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe meal was good, but my problem was with our server. we gave her our credit card for billing and signed it after adding the tipp. in the rule they pick up the ordner and go. not her! she had the nerve to stand directly at our table, to open the ordner, to look at the top, to put the whole ordner on the table and run away right in front of my man. the ordner was still on the table when we were gone. that was so rude. the service was sufficient and we have tilted accordingly. server should be designed in the right label. we think twice before we come back.
Everything was delicious! it is worth the price, and service was on point and gracious!
I have always loved this place when I go to eat, but I will never order online again. I ordered online for asap pickup and cried about 45 minutes to her and they hadn't done it yet. it was after the midday crowd. had no text confirmation as we should and they did not have the right names on the order that I made available for picking up. also said it curbside pick-up and had no curbside signs or gone to pick up and without text, how do they know what to do?
It was nice, food was OK. But very annoying how the staff placed us next to a large party, then proceeded to bump into my chair or the back of my head every time they came through and only one staff member apologized. Then as we were leaving, one staff member opened all of the receipts to see the tips that were left right in front of us. So, to the waitress that did this, that is why we tipped low. Maybe next time be a little more polite with your patrons or space the table out just a little more so you won't have this problem
