A&w - Thief River Falls

Poor service, lazy workers, just dump your change in your hand dropping it on the ground at the drive thru had to get out and get it. Overall needs work and lots...

Food was good and ? were hot, just not enough salt for my family and me. Service was as fast as it could go and store was clean. Workers were very pleasant.

I'm currently the only person in line ordered 1 chicken sandwich. No fries. No drink. Just the sandwich it has now been almost 15 minutes and 1 employee just asked if I would like to order. I told him I already ordered. They're standing talking now if I didn't pay first I would have left by now.

I enjoy most of the a&w food alltogether just the taste of the burgers and flavor of the appetizers. they usually have some different menu options with the cod and alo have the new beyond Burger for the non meat lovers

The service was terrible we were short ten cents and we were trying to figure out if we could even pay or not and the person taking our order Shirley yelled at us because we weren’t responding of wether or not we wanted it for there or to go but we couldn’t even complete the order until we got the missing ten cents we didn’t end up getting burgers
