Black Cat Sports Grill

Conveniently located near two of TRF's biggest hotels, the Black Cat is a great place to stop for a meal and an adult beverage if you are in the area. Not a ton of vegan/vegetarian options, but one could get by. I was in the mood for fish tacos which were good, and the sweet potato French fries were excellent. I also appreciated the free popcorn! Service was friendly and helpful, including their willingness to make me a drink that was not on their usual menu. A good place to stop if you are in TRF.

Great food, drinks, and atmosphere with friendly service. Seating can be limited around peak times. You should have no issue with parking as there is available parking in front, along the side, and from the hotel next door. They have a large event space in the back of the building, perfect for most sized gatherings. They have plenty of televisions to watch a game or two that's on, a pool table, darts, a few arcade type games, a bar in the front, a bar back in the event space, and a machine for free popcorn. I would recommend their Western Cat Burger, onion rings, their salads, or the Walleye Dinner. I have been told the ribs are delicious. I've had their Cajun Ranch sandwich before, which was good, but sometimes the chicken can be a bit dry and tough. They offer decent portions, some even lasting for a second meal at home. If you're in the area, check it out!

Nice place, decent menu, and friendly staff. Next time I'm going through town I would definitely come back to try more things on their menu.

Excellent location and divided into two parts: party room in the back, business in the front . Parking lot is packed because of the party that was taking place, But it seems it 's OK to park in the hotel parking. Service was good drinks were good restaurant is very clean on the side of a private room. You have a feeling of a wooden lodge. The drinks served by the restaurant of course, but my friend he took care of the catering for this party I attended. There are two hotels, one on each side oh this grill. My friends used on the hotel next-door and have been coming here for many years and they spoke good about this place.
