Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónFlunch is very cheap way of eating in France if you are on a budget very good wholesome food. A starter main sweet for 13 euros on average
I wrote earlier that this was a Flunch to avoid and I should have remembered! Only went for a breakfast coffee but it was quite disgusting. Strange because all the others we have visited have been really good.
This was our 1 and only bad experience in a Flunch normally very good. There were no starters other than a tired looking salad bar, my cassoulette was disgusting and the help yourself veggie buffet was cold and congealed
My wife had heard their promotion on the radio for "all you can eat Moules Marinieres and Frite for €6.90 per person. She can not resist a bargain so as we were shopping in Thionville we decided to give it a try. This branch of the Flunch chain was within the Geric shopping centre. They do not pretend to be anything else but good value cafeteria. Well on this day they did exactly what they say they do. This was good food at a very good price. We drank a 50cl of Pellegrino €1.85 and had a coffee each at €1.00 Very cheap and very cheerful.
Our tour party had been recommended this restaurant by our tour guide so my friend and I decided to give it a go. You collect your starter and a small carafe of wine before going to the main checkout desk where you choose your main course and pay for your meal. You hand your recent to the serving area and then collect your meal before adding the veg yourself. We both thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and would certainly recommend it. Also, it is excellent value for money.
