They looked like deers in headlights when I walked in and wasn't busy left after 5 min waiting at the counter. Maybe I'll try the drive threw next
The last three times I have been there I walked out because the wait was so long for them to even take my order. One time for different people show did forefront and no one came. The owner has been set up for failure by not providing enough that somebody can stay at the till. Most of the time when I go it isn't busy they just don't let the staff stay at the till. The last time I was literally second-in-line and left after 5 minutes without anyone taking my order. If you're in the area and hungry I suggest dairy Queen instead.And it doesn't the they don't decide where the employees stand or how many there are. That would be something for the manager or the owner
10 stars for day staff, 1 stars for night staff..They screw up more than they don't.
Went through today to use my free coffee points I had. Apparently their scanner isn’t working and the guy working told me if I want coffee, I pay. Told him it’s not my fault their machine is broken. He then proceeds to rudely argue with me that a free coffee is 700 points it’s 400 . He then shoved my coffee at me and stormed away. Entitled brat. Please go back to hiring proper customer service workers Tim Hortons. I would’ve paid no problem but his attitude was terrible.
