There were special instructions on order that I NEVER SAID. Manager Marisa(? tried to make it right, Offered to remake pizzas. But there were a dozen people ahead of me. Instead accepted a $5 credit on each pizza. But still ended up eating what we really didn 't order. NEVER...NEVER PUT THE NEW EMPLOYEE ON THE PHONES ON A SATURDAY NIGHT IN A TOURIST TOWN. TRY A WEDNESDAY MORNING INSTEAD. Food tasted good quality. Screw-up was in the inexperienced order taker. BTW...Tillamook store number is not on their receipt. Go figure.
I have been here so many times in the past, and loved it. The current staff just is not up to par. Once again I have gotten my order (6-22-21) and once again it is missing all the extra toppings I paid for. When I called they offered a 5 dollar credit or I can drive back down. That's 40 minutes there and back which means adding cook time, my kid doesn't eat for at least another hour. Plus that credit doesn't even cover the extra toppings I paid for. Damn sure WILL NOT BE BACK. At least Pizza Hut has the balls to say we messed up and put you in for an entire replacement pizza on your next visit.
They do not offer birthday discounts. They do not have senior discounts. They said corporate changed discounts. They do not give discounts on Tuesday for the cowboy. At the end they did give me $1.80 off. Now if you go to.their app they give senior discounts and something for your birthday they state. I think someone is confused. Their pizza is good but next time I will.go down the road thank you
I continue to go here only because our children enjoy their pepperoni pizza, but the staff here is absolutely terrible. Rude and unhelpful. I shouldn't have to engage you when I walk in to be able to order a pizza if you don't want to help people don't work in customer service...
I ordered online 4 hours in advance. When I got to the window 10 min early there was a line... No problem. By the time I actually pulled up to the window it was 20 min past my pickup time. They hadn't even started my order. I sent my son inside while waiting in line and when he came back he said all the employees were standing around jackassing. All of our pizzas had very little cheese on them and looked like they had been dropped on the floor. I didn't say anything to them at all. They just asked my name... I paid... Waited for my order then left.
