Brandy C, the manager on duty at the Toccoa Georgia branch #7492 was not very helpful or professional concerning my issue.The manager on board showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue, due to her incompetence and lack of customer service skills.I am very saddened to write this review. However, when you spend money in any establishment, the first thing a manager should do is apologize for the incorrect order and then try to find a solution to the problem, without pointing blame!!!Not here!!! Not at this establishment!!Brandy, pushed blame on Door Dash!Yes, I understand Door Dash should double check my order. However, it was your establishment that charged me $10.00 for extra bacon, which I did not receive. In addition, it was your establishment that ran out of the correct bread and the lettuce looked as if it were a few days old.Brandy insisted that it was door-dash issue and not hers. Not to mention her bad attitude!I have been in customer service for years while running my own business, and if anyone of my staff treated anyone of my customers with the lack of empathy or respect shown by this Subway manager, I would have fired her on the spot!And to think, she as a manager is training others to act without empathy while lacking customer service skills.I will be taking my hard-earned money to another establishment until this branch changes their policies and trains people with the right attitude and leadership skills.All she had to do was apologize soon as I walked in the door with my incorrect order.But I think she felt an apology was beneath her!!!Even the word sorry would have been good enough for me!Do not mess with this Subway until they train their employees, especially their managers!!!Brandy just lost Subway, a great customer.Sincerely sorry for the service I’ve received!!!
Just went for lunch earlier and the service was excellent! I didn’t get a chance to get their names however, the ladies working today were so friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches came out great.
This place is nasty 80% of the time. The veggies are brown and mushy. Most of the condiments were all out.nm I they also spit on their customers food when cooking it. Dietary restrictions: This is a nasty place to eat. Its never cleaned. It
I went here today and left so disappointed. They were out of mostly everything, and it was 11:30 a.m. The lady said it was Sunday, and they usually run out during the week, and that the truck will come on Monday. Only had white or wheat bread. I looked at the white bread, and it was undercooked, so I opted for the wheat. The only cheese they had was provolone or pepper jack. At this point, I wanted to leave, but the new employee was so nice that it kept me there. You can tell she felt bad for the store being in poor condition. No pickles, lettuce was turned brown, etc just plain awful...only had 5 oatmeal raisin cookies. She asked me please come back to our store. I said yes but probably won't ever return. I feel when you work hard for your money, it shouldn't be wasted on foolishness like this. Greed has cause a lot of good food establishments to go down, hence why customers don't waste their time at places like this and rightly so. If you can't provide the need/want for your customers, just do EVERYONE a favor and close the business down. Vegetarian options: If you want to risk it Parking: Plenty of parking because no one goes here because of the poor quality of food.
For some reason this subway is out of meat about 75 percent of time and only one person trying to operate this business, this makes 3 times this has happened to us. We are thru with Subway in Toccoa Ga.
